Gel Stick (experimentation earlier this year)

These are my first "drip" paintings, but instead of using watercolors or acrylic or oils, I used gel sticks. Because that's just what I know how to use.



I also made one for Tamara Ottum, it was her present for being such an awesome teacher! But I didn't take a picture of it. It's probably in her house... or her classroom.

The first one was photoshopped to make it look as close to the original as possible. The second one I did the same with, but left it a bit darker and then whited out the background.

Concentrations

Done!

My concentration revolves around bad habits. The materials I'm using include 22inx30in watercolor paper or illustration board and black Faber-Castell gel sticks.
